We aim to turn Seanema into a go-to film festival in the region and a format that successfully promotes the emblem of Montenegro, multiculturalism.

Seanema Film Festival, together with partners, Drim Short Film Festival (Struga, North Macedonia) and Bašta Fest (Bajina Bašta, Serbia), established BALKAN SHORT FILM NETWORK - an educational platform to upskill early-career filmmakers as well as promote short films in the Western Balkan region.

3 workshops held at Bašta Pitch at Bašta Fest, Fund Ready at Dream Short Film Festival and Festival Ready at Seanema Film Festival, intended for the development of short feature films of up to 30 minutes, will bring together young filmmakers presenting 5 projects with 2 representatives each - a director and a producer,
